What we do

A central element of any application is the production of a business plan that has robust and verifiable statements concerning the viability of the business project to be established in Ireland. We are keenly aware that the Business Plan must also address those areas of Irish Immigration Policy concerns underpinning the issue of Business Permission. Our services are configured to assist in the production of documents that firmly situate the business project into key Irish policy concerns. In this area we can provide a detailed examination of your business plan and indicate where adjustment may need to be made to meet Irish policy requirements.

We offer a professional strategic service which has resulted in a 100% success rate in this area. Our service focuses on:

  • Identifying the key business case that surrounds the proposed business.
  • Situating the key strategic aims for the business and how these aims meet Irish policy requirements.
  • Identifying and assembling with the applicant all relevant documents.
  • Ensuring documents meet with the requirements of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform.
  • Preparing the representations to support your application based on the content of your business plan.
  • Liaising with the Department of Justice where required.
