From 13 January 2025, all nationwide first-time registrations of Irish immigration residence permissions have transferred from the Garda National Immigration Bureau to Immigration Service Delivery (ISD), Department of Justice.
From that date, all first-time in-person registrations for applicants in all counties will take place at the Registration Office, 13-14 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2.
To book a first-time immigration residence registration, create or log into your Immigration Service Delivery (ISD) Digital Contact Centre account.
